- Scholarship Amount: $500 one-time award.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a high school senior.
- Planning to pursue higher education in healthcare, dentistry, or a related field.
- Must reside in the Continental United States
- Application Deadline: March 1, 2025.
- Winner Announcement Date: April 15, 2025.
Application Requirements
To apply, students must submit the following:
- Completed Application Form.
- 500 or less word essay on why you want to pursue a career in healthcare/dentistry and how you plan to make a difference.
- Official High School Transcript.
- Letter of Recommendation from a teacher or guidance counselor.
